Layaway Plan
Layaway plan includes no set up fees, 25% down, up to 6 monthly payments and a 15% cancellation fee. If no payments are made after 6 months, all payments will be forfeited and the items ordered will be released.

When Your Order Arrives

  • Verify the number of boxes received with the number of boxes on your freight receipt.
  • Please inspect all boxes for damage and note any damage on your freight receipt.
  • Noticeable damage can include:
    • Cuts or Tears on boxes or packaging
    • Rips, Dents or Punctures on boxes or packaging
    • Dirt, Marks or Stains on boxes or packaging

It is your responsibility to make sure to inspect each box for any of the above before the delivery driver leaves. All damages must be noted on your signed freight receipt. If the aforementioned steps are not taken, you will be responsible for filing your own claim with the shipping company.

We do not honor “Subject to Inspection”, “concealed damage”. All items MUST be inspected upon delivery. If exterior damage to carton is noted you MUST open and inspect contents.

Your signature is required on your freight receipt at the time of delivery. If you choose to have another party accept your delivery for you, please note you will still assume the same responsibility for your delivery. If you arrange to have your shipment left with no signature, you will waive all rights and release eWay Furniture from all responsibility for your shipment.

Delivery Access 

Most deliveries are performed Monday through Friday. Prior to delivery, please advise us of any access issues that may present a problem (e.g. driveway access issues, islands, bridges, remote locations, or any unusual situation). Additional charges may apply if alternate delivery method is necessary. Furniture is typically delivered by an eighteen-wheeler truck.

Delivery Methods
Curbside Shipping
Curbside Shipping is when the product is shipped to the "curb". The delivery will be made with one driver and it is the customer's responsibility to bring the furniture inside the delivery address. Additional people may be required depending on the size of the order being delivered. The shipper’s obligation is to unload the shipment to the customer's curbside.

Threshold Delivery
With Threshold Delivery, the product is delivered inside the front door on the first floor, or to the nearest accessible dry area, such as a garage or porch.

Delivery with Set Up
Delivery with set-up means the items are brought inside and assembled in the room of your choice.  Please note the installation of shelving is the customer's responsibility, and will not be installed by the delivery company.  This service is an additional charge. Using your own Carrier
You can choose to use your own carrier. You will assume the full responsibility in arranging the shipment; Bill of Lading and payment to your carrier. eWay Furniture will not responsible for any damages that may occur when you use your own carrier.

Pick-up
Items can be picked up at our warehouse. Please call or email for details regarding pick-up.

Cancellation Policy
Orders placed are charged and processed quickly. Once we receive your order, we immediately place the items ordered into production and process the order for shipping. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed if item(s) have not been shipped. Please note a 15% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No charges will be incurred if canceled within 24 hours unless item has been shipped.

If item(s) are ordered and placed in "backorder" due to short supply or no supply at the time the order(s) were placed, the above cancellation policy still applies. We place your order into production and commit for shipment of the item(s) in your order.

Item(s) that are shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may take advantage of our return policy.

Return Policy
Your Satisfaction Guarantee – For your convenience we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your new furniture, you can return it for a refund. We ask that you please contact us within 30 days of your furniture delivery and we will give you a return authorization number. Once the furniture is received by eWay Furniture, in the original packaging with no damage and in new condition, we will refund the price of your furniture minus all actual shipping charges to you. Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Return policy does not apply to custom orders.

Damage Claims
In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, the seller will, at its option choose to repair or replace in order to correct the damage or defect. Do not refuse any item(s). Please call 1-800-497-6002 in the event of damage to obtain information. Refusing an item(s) will fall under the return policy whereas you will be responsible for all shipping charges to you and back to eWay Furniture.
All damage claims must be filed with pictures to eWay Furniture within 3 days of receipt of your order. Some parts or pieces needed for replacement may have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Replacement parts and pieces are subject to wait times anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Sometimes it can be shorter or in some cases may be a bit longer.

If unloading your merchandise or receiving from a white glove delivery company: We assume no risk and/or liability for any personal and/or property damage that may occur as a result. In the case of picking up your own furniture or using your own carrier, eWay Furniture holds no responsibility for any items shipped and/or any damages incurred while shipping or in transit.

Shipping Time Frames
We typically find deliveries occur within our estimated timelines, however we can not control exact delivery times, and do not guarantee delivery dates. Please note that holidays and inclement weather can cause a short delay.
